Last call for summer fun at Kings Island

Yes, summer is slipping away. The days are getting shorter. The kids are back in school. Before summer turns to fall, there's one last chance for families looking for things to do in Cincinnati over Labor Day weekend (Sept. 4-6) to enjoy some warm weather activities at Kings Island. Consider these water activities a last call for summer fun.
Soak City Water Park
Visitors to Kings Island this weekend can savor the final days of summer by taking their final dip at Soak City Water Park.
Included with park admission to Kings Island, Soak City offers more than 50 water activities, including 36 slides, tropical lagoons, rushing rivers, two wave pools and kids’ play areas.
Soak City closes its gates for the season after Labor Day's final splash.
Water Rides
In addition to Soak City, this weekend offers one last splash of summer on White Water Canyon, Congo Falls and Race For Your Life Charlie Brown with the park’s popular water attractions giving their last rides of the year.
Before the summer of 2021 becomes a memory, make plans to visit Kings Island this weekend!
While the closing of these water attractions signals the end of summer, there are two seasonal events opening later this month to look forward to.
Halloween Haunt and its foggy atmosphere return Friday and Saturday nights Sept. 24 through Oct. 30 with bone-chilling haunted mazes, scare zones, sinister live shows and some of the most hair-raising rides on the planet.
Tricks And Treats Fall Fest, introduced last year, will run Saturdays and Sundays beginning Sept. 25 through Oct. 31, offering family-friendly Halloween activities and fun for all ages, amazing food and your favorite rides.
