Kings Island is more than just roller coasters and thrills. There is something for everyone to enjoy, even the non-riders. With a water park, low thrill rides, shows and more, the whole family is going to have the best day ever. Here are the top nine things for non-riders to enjoy at Kings Island.

Live Entertainment

Kings Island has a vast variety of live entertainment, from our cirque experience, Gravity (ends August 4), our astronomical show, Space Beagle and Country Flashback (both end August 11) and Totally 80’s, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.

Grab Something Sweet

Funnel cakes, cotton candy and fudge! Oh my! There is no shortage of sweet treats to enjoy while at the park. Stop by Sweet Spot and sample multiple flavors and fudge try one of our many flavors of cotton candy. Head over to Funnel Cakes on International Street and see what the funnel cake of the month is.

Souvenir Shopping

There’s no better way to remember your day at Kings Island than with a souvenir from one of our many gift shops. From key chains, t-shirts, magnets and cups, we’re sure you’ll find the perfect souvenir. Not into ordinary souvenirs? Check out some of the quirky souvenirs that you can find as well.

Play a Game

Coney Mall is home to several classic carnival-style games, (reminiscent of Coney Island). Home of the 3 Point Challenge and many more, Coney Mall has the most games in the park. Did we mention there’s an arcade? One in Coney Mall, one in Rivertown and in Planet Snoopy.

The K.I. & Miami Valley Railroad

All aboard the K.I. & Miami Valley Railroad! Enjoy a leisurely trip on the train, while on the lookout for the interesting scenery that you might see. Don’t forget that you’re riding on one of the original rides that has been in operation since 1972.

Eiffel Tower

Want to see Kings Island in a whole new way? Head up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, where 275 feet up, you can see for miles. That sure is a lot of dirt behind The Racer!

Visit the Snoopy's Barnyard Friends

Animal lovers unite! Head on over to the Barnyard and meet the animals of Honey Hill Farm which includes chicken, miniature horses, pot-bellied pigs, goats, ducks, rabbits, alpacas, llamas and sheep. Don’t forget that you can feed them as well!

Dive into Soak City Water Park

Sit back and relax at Soak City Water Park or take a dip in Tidal Wave Bay and enjoy the sunshine. Don’t forget that if you don’t want to walk to Soak City, you can always take the train. Remember that admission to Soak City is included with park admission!

Royal Finale on International Street

What better way to end an amazing day at Kings Island than with their spectacular firework and fountain show. The Royal Finale is new for the 2019 season and features music and lights that have been synchronized with the fountain.

There you have it! Even if you aren’t a fan of roller coasters, there is still so much to see and explore with your family at Kings Island. Plan your visit today!
