Our Performance in the Park program is a superb chance for your students to share their talents in an exciting environment with thousands of spectators. Our guests love music in the park, so bring your students to be a part of the fun!
Select Performance in the Park events include performance competitions and adjudicated music festivals, so contact us to match your group’s specialty with the right opportunity.
While not performing, your students can cut loose and enjoy all the benefits of a fantastic day at Kings Island. 2024 Program Pricing
- Performer & Non-Performer: $36.00 per person
- 1 Complimentary Admission Ticket for Every 15 Tickets Purchased
- Performance groups must be preapproved and arrangements must be made in advance through our Group Sales Department.
- Groups must consist of at least fifteen (15) members and must be performing for educational purposes.
- Each performer and their assistants/guests must have a paid park admission ticket or a season pass for entry into the park.
- Kings Island does not provide a changing facility, storage area for equipment or transportation into the park.
- Our program is ideal for marching bands, choirs, orchestral, color guard, dance, and cheer groups.
- Absolutely no tumbling, stunting or gymnastics unless performing on gymnastic mats that are not provided by Kings Island.
- Unless otherwise noted, all ticket orders (admission and meal) must be prepaid 10 business days in advance (two weeks) if paying by check and 5 business days in advance (one week) if paying by credit card.
- All tickets are delivered electronically. Once your order is processed, you will receive 2 emails. The first email will be your login and temporary password. Your second email will be sent when your tickets are ready, and you will receive additional instructions on how to access your tickets. You may print or email your digital tickets once issued.
- All prepaid tickets, meal vouchers and drink wristbands are non-refundable. Guests that do not visit the park on your scheduled event day may use their tickets any public operating day in 2024 excluding WinterFest.
- Payment must be made via school check, money order (payable to "Kings Island”) or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover accepted). Unfortunately, personal checks or purchase orders are not accepted.
- All school checks will be processed through Telecheck for approval. If declined, another method of payment will be requested.
- Chaperones: one (1) chaperone admission ticket will be given for every fifteen (15) admission tickets purchased, unless otherwise noted. Complimentary chaperone tickets do not include picnic meal or bottomless soda wristbands.
- Bus parking is free. Bus drivers will receive a complimentary admission ticket when presenting their Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and original toll booth park receipt at the Group Sales building (does not include meal options).
