Corporate Planner FAQs

Please fill out our Contact Us Form to start your booking process! You will work with one of our account managers along with our dedicated in-house team to plan all your event details.

Unless you have purchased tickets directly online, groups that ordered through the group sales office will receive their tickets digitally through MyGroup Tickets, an online platform where you’ll receive and manage your group ticket order. Otherwise, they will be sent to you directly.

Children under the age of 3 do not require an admission ticket for entry into Kings Island or private catered events.

If your group books a catered event with us, you will have access to a private area reserved for your group during the timeframe you choose. Groups are not entitled to gathering in exclusive areas without booking an event.

All tickets include admission into Kings Island and Soak City Waterpark (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). 

In the event of inclement weather or unscheduled maintenance, certain rides may not be available. Programs, venues, dates, and fees are subject to change and/or cancellation. Admission tickets and meal/drink add-ons are non-refundable. No rain checks are offered. 

No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed in the park. Exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs, including but not limited to food allergies, baby food and formula. Guests with special dietary needs should stop at Guest Services located at the Main Gate when they arrive at the park.

We’re cashless! For your convenience, Cash-to-Card kiosks are located throughout the park to convert your cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted for no additional fee.
