When one of Kings Island’s most popular attractions debuted on April 11, 1987, it set a new world’s record by turning riders upside-down a total of six times in two and one-half minutes. Mystic Timbers track work completed one year ago

March 6, 2017 was an exciting day at Kings Island. That's when track work on the Mystic Timbers roller coaster was completed at Kings Island. To build Mystic Timbers, it took work crews a total of 204 days from the standing of the first bent, 330,000 board feet of southern yellow pine lumber, 30,000 pounds of nails, 88,000 bolts and washers and 5,500 cubic yards of concrete for the foundation.
