This weekend the gates at Kings Island will open for the first time in 2024 and Kings Island Executive Chef Joseph Perez has been busy making sure that you won't leave the park hungry.

"We have new and updated restaurants and new food options this year," said Perez. "We've been working all winter long!"

Perez is excited about the new Pigpen's Mess Hall counter service restaurant, part of the new Camp Snoopy (opening late spring) that will feature kid- and family-friendly menu options. One of his favorite dishes? The Cheesy Mettwurst, complete with bacon bits and mustard. The new food stand's menu also will include Roasted Potato Salad, Mac N' Cheese, Chicken Chunks and more.  For dessert, don't forget to add on the Berry Cheesecake, Hobo Pie or the Campfire S'mores Brownies.

Additionally, several food stands in the park have been refreshed and renovated for the 2024 season including Jukebox Diner and Chicken Shack. When Soak City opens Memorial Day weekend, guests will notice the addition of a covered outdoor bar next to Coconut Cove Cafe.

The best way to experience many of the food options during your visit to Kings Island is with an All Day or All Season Dining Plan.
