Everything you need to know about 2024 Season Passes at Kings Island

Our 2024 Season Passes are now on sale, and maybe you're considering purchasing one for yourself or as a gift for someone else this upcoming holiday season. But, which one is the best fit?  Here we break down the differences between the Gold and Prestige Pass, the benefits offered by each and the fun add-ons you can get to make your Kings Island experience a memorable one.

Season Pass Types

There are two types of Season Passes available for purchase, Gold and Prestige. Each of these passes gets you some excellent benefits like unlimited access to both the amusement park and Soak City Water Park (on public operating days), Bring-a-Friend discounts, exclusive early park entry, food and shopping discounts, plus Pass Perks rewards.

Here’s where they are different:
 

• Gold Pass – Guests get the same unlimited visits through Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter INCLUDING unlimited visits to Halloween Haunt and WinterFest and free general parking. The park is your playground through four seasons.
• Prestige Pass – This includes the same unlimited visits as a Gold Pass, including Halloween Haunt and WinterFest. In addition, Prestige Passholders get premium benefits including 1 Single Use Fast Lane per visit, 2 Free Bring-a-Friend tickets annually and some cool VIP experiences like access to VIP Areas, VIP Entry and preferred parking.

You may remember the park's Platinum pass, which has now been discontinued, but Gold or Prestige Passholders may purchase a new add-on called the All Park Passport. This grants guests unlimited access to all Cedar Fair Parks! Learn more about this add-on from this article.

Now is the best time to purchase your 2024 Season Pass. If you purchase today you can use it to come to WinterFest, open select nights between November 24 and December 31, 2023.

• Season Pass Fast Lane (Valid in 2024)*
• All Season Dining (Enjoy lunch and dinner every visit in 2024)

• Season Pass Locker Rentals (Valid for one standard-size locker rental at the Front Gate Lockers or Soak City Lockers each visit in 2024)
• All Season FunPix (Unlimited digital downloads for every visit in 2023 and 2024)
