Halloween, one of the most exciting holidays to look forward to each year, is just around the corner but due to COVID-19, many of the most time-honored traditions are off limits this fall.
For Tristate area families looking for alternatives to the traditional neighborhood door-to-door trick-or-treating and indoor parties, Kings Island’s all-new Tricks And Treats Fall Fest presented by HERSHEY and Kroger offers plenty of ways to make the most of the Halloween season in a new fun way while being as safe as possible with specially designed sanitation processes and social distancing measures in place.
With trick-or-treating among the many activities on the agenda at this one-of-a-kind fall festival, families are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the park and go candy hunting together. Ten different trick-or-treat spots are located throughout the park, titled and themed as follows: Skeleton Sweets, Pirate’s Bounty, Vampire Castle, Pumpkin King, Scarecrow’s Crossing, The Hunchback or Kings Island, Witchcraft Confections, Monster Munchies, Mummy’s Tomb and The Mad Scientist.
In addition to trick-or-treating, Tricks And Treats Fall Fest offers all the playful fun of a traditional fall festival with safety and social distancing measures built in with fall-themed games where everyone wins, family and adults-only game shows, dance parties, corn and hay mazes, a QR quest, a challenge course, pint-sized tractor rides, crafts, amazing food, live entertainment, seasonal merchandise, your favorite rides and more.
You and your kids will absolutely love Tricks And Treats Fall Fest, so make plans to join us Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 1 to make special memories and enjoy the Halloween season.
