This summer guests will have an opportunity to experience Kings Island like they never have before when myth and magic join together to create the all-new Grand Carnivale. Guests will be able to celebrate the sights, sounds, smells and tastes from cultures around the world, daily from June 15 through July 7.
The Celebration Starts at 5 p.m. Every Day
Discover how the world kicks up its heels at Grand Carnivale, a larger-than-life festival celebrating the rich traditions of India, China, Italy, France and Germany. Savor authentic tastes and sips, play lively games, make unique crafts, be mesmerized by our extravagant parade and top off the night at the party of all parties filled with international music, magic and merrymaking. Kings Island’s famous International Restaurant will re-open to the public for a special Grand Carnivale themed dining experience each night of the festival.
The Spectacle of Color Parade – Daily at 8 p.m.
An electrifying musical score fills the air as a larger-than-life elephant, Bollywood performers, a Jules Verne airship and other larger-than-life floats make their way take through the streets of Kings Island, ending at the base of the Eiffel Tower. Activities and interactive experiences will make this parade unforgettable.
Carnivale Street Party, Fireworks Finale and Weekend Concert Series
As the parade concludes, thunderous music builds to a crescendo and the King of Carnivale kicks off a street party filled with shimmering lights, high-energy live entertainment, and an interactive dance party. The party will fill International Street with music, magic and merrymaking until fireworks fill the sky at 10:00 p.m. each night. Live music, DJ’s and a special Friday and Saturday night concert series will create the perfect atmosphere at center stage near the base of the Eiffel Tower.
