The Screamin' Demon was a looping shuttle roller coaster designed by Arrow Development that opened in 1977 at Kings Island.  It was the park's fourth roller coaster and one of the first forward-and backward-looping roller coasters in the United States.

The Sceamin' Demon stood 56 feet at its highest point with a first drop of 47 feet.  Riders reached a top speed of 45 mph on the 635-foot long track.

The Screamin' Demon operated for 10 seasons at Kings Island, giving 9,292,615 rides.  The ride was removed following the 1987 season to make way for Congo Falls, which opened in 1988.

I got to ride the screamin demon only a couple of times and I really liked it , I wish it was still there...

So, let's see... if most people had the choice of either riding "The Screamin' Demon" or "Congo Falls", what do you think they would choose?
