Bolliger & Mabillard Consulting Engineers is a roller coaster design consultancy based in Monthey, Switzerland. The company was founded in 1988 by Walter Bolliger and Claude Mabillard, with Bolliger acting as president and Mabillard as vice president. B&M roller coasters are renowned for their smooth ride, comfortable seats and restraints, reliability, low maintenance, impeccable safety record and ride capacity. As of 2013, B&M has more than 80 roller coasters operating worldwide. Banshee will be Kings Island’s second B&M roller coaster.
Diamondback has given more than 9 million thrilling rides since its debut in 2009 at Kings Island and annually ranks among the top 10 steel roller coasters in the world in accredited industry polls.
