Lace up your sneakers and join the thousands of people who will gather on May 30 at Kings Island not to ride roller coasters, but to join in JDRF's walk to cure Type One diabetes (T1D).
When you participate in the 26th annual JDRF One Walk at Kings Island, the money you raise supports life-changing breakthroughs that give hope to everyone impacted by this disease. And, you'll have a good time participating with your family and friends! That's because you'll walk with a committed community that is passionate about doing whatever it takes to turn Type One into Type None.
The JDRF One Walk features a 3k course around Kings Island, offering views of popular attractions like the new Orion roller coaster, The Racer, Banshee, Diamondback, Mystic Timbers and Planet Snoopy.
The JDRF One Walk at Kings Island is one of the largest fundraising walks - and overall nonprofit fundraising events - in the region. Since 1994, more than $14 million has been raised from walks at Kings Island, including an event-record $1 million last summer.
