Nine Kings Island seasonal and part-time associates take home last week's Over the Top awards
September 9, 2020This past weekend, nine Kings Island seasonal and part-time associates were presented with the “Over the Top” award by the park’s vice president and general manager, Mike Koontz. The award, which was introduced in July, recognizes associates for what they’re doing to make the experience for our guests memorable and exceeding their expectations, along with what they’re doing for others.
Although the 2020 season has been a year unlike any that could have been imagined due to COVID-19, the expectation of delivering a “Best Day of the Year” experience for our guests remains what the park holds itself accountable for.
Here’s a look at this past weekend’s recipients of the Over the Top award, raising the total number of recipients of the award to 44 since the award was introduced.
Alexis, First Aid
Bob, Security
Caelan, Games
Connie, Human Resources
Lauren, Merchandise
Nandana, Food and Beverage
Niko, Food and Beverage
Sammie, Rides
Tristan, Merchandise
Congratulations to each of last week’s recipients of the Over the Top award!
