Kings Island announces important updates regarding the rest of the 2020 Season. Learn More.
Last month, we shared with our Kings Island Blog readers a new initiative the park’s vice president and general manager, Mike Koontz, has introduced that recognizes seasonal and part-time associates that have gone “Over The Top” to make the experience for our guests memorable and exceeding their expectations along with what they're doing for others.
The 2020 season has been a year unlike any that could have been imagined due to COVID-19, but the expectation of delivering a “Best Day of the Year” experience for our guests remains what the park holds itself accountable for.
Below are the seasonal and part-time associates who were presented with the Over The Top award this past weekend, raising the total number of recipients since the award was introduced to 35:
Maddy, Food & Beverage
Mikaela, Food & Beverage
Monica and Angela, Guest Services
Congratulations to each of the Over The Top award recipients. Please give them a round of applause!
