Instagram-worthy spots at Kings Island

With today’s technology and social media, it’s easy to keep in touch and keep up to date with friends and family. With social media platforms such as Instagram, you’re always on the lookout for that perfect photo opp to post on your page. We went around the park and found all the best places to get that perfect shot here at Kings Island. And in 3, 2, 1, strike a pose!

First on the list is the Snoopy and Woodstock bench, an underrated photo opportunity, with the Character Carousal in the background, it’s a great shot to start your day of pictures. (This was my personal favorite when I visited the park for the first time!) So take a seat, smile with your blue ice cream cone in hand and get ready for the best day ever!

This next photo opp is with the famous beagle himself! Pose alongside Snoopy as you enter into Planet Snoopy, which has been voted “Best Kids’ Area in the World” for 18 consecutive years by Amusement Today. Mimic his pose or squeeze in close and snap a selfie!

This next one is a true classic and a real indicator of where you are. That’s right, it’s the Eiffel Tower! The Eiffel Tower is one of the eleven original attractions that Kings Island opened with in 1972. Pro tip: if you want to get that perfect shot in front of the Royal Fountain and Eiffel Tower, it’s better to come early so that you won’t have any photo bombers in the background!

Is it really a trip to Kings Island if you don’t ride The Beast? This majestic coaster is celebrating 40 years of terror and what better way to commemorate your trip than with this photo opp! Please remain seated throughout the entire ride. Please keep hands and legs inside the car at all times and don’t forget to smile. Thank you!

Okay this next one might seem farfetched but hear us out. Two words. Bier Garten. Think about it, standing out on the deck, the fountain in the background, Viking Fury swinging and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Time it just right and the picture will be totally Instagram-worthy.

Our last one is more of a prop than a spot, but it’s still iconic. Blue ice cream, it’s a staple at Kings Island and you won’t even have to fake a smile because 1) you’re at Kings Island and 2) you have blue ice cream. We rest our case.
