Grand Carnivale Food Spotlight: Emperor’s Chinese Spare Ribs

A passport for your palate, Kings Island's all-new Grand Carnivale is a taste tour that takes you on a journey through five countries. Join in on the fun and explore the flavors of Grand Carnivale, including the Emperor’s Chinese Spare Ribs. These delectable slow cooked chili-rubbed pork ribs, glazed with sweet, sticky sauce can be found in the China area on International Street during the celebration. 

Purchase a Grand Carnivale Food Tasting card at any Food & Beverage tent and enjoy six (6) food tastings of your choice! For those with a smaller appetite, all of the Grand Carnivale food offerings are available for purchase a-la-carte.

Discover how the world kicks up its heels during this larger-than-life festival celebrating the rich traditions of China, Italy, France, India and Germany. Savor authentic tastes and sips, play lively games, make unique crafts, be mesmerized by an extravagant parade and top off the night at the party of all parties filled with international music, magic and merrymaking.

Grand Carnivale begins at 5 p.m. each day through July 7.
