Do you really need a reason to buy or renew a Kings Island Gold Season Pass for the 2020 season? Listen, there’s literally 100 reasons to get a Gold Season Pass but I’ve narrowed the list down to 10.

Unlimited visits to Kings Island

Having a Gold Season Pass means unlimited visits every public operating day in 2020. Each event brings with it new entertainment, new decorations and new foods to try! You can go as often as you want, whenever you want, with a Gold Season Pass. New Passholders receive unlimited visits and free parking for the remainder of the 2019 season, including Halloween Haunt, The Great Pumpkin Fest and WinterFest. Renewing Passholders receive one free Fast Lane Plus and one free Bring-A-Friend ticket valid through October 27, 2019 (excludes Saturdays and Sunday, September 1, 2019). Renewing Passholders may also purchase up to four additional Bring-A-Friend tickets for just $15 each, valid Sundays only September 22 through October 27, 2019.

Pass Perks

Earn rewards while having fun! With Kings Island’s Pass Perks, a new rewards program exclusively for Gold and Platinum Passholders, each and every visit counts towards earning prizes that you can redeem on future visits. There’s no need to sign up for this loyalty program. It’s included with your 2020 Gold Season Pass purchase.

Free parking!

Hold onto your cash and zoom past the toll booths by presenting your Gold Season Pass any time you visit Kings Island season.

Early ride time

Gold Season Passholders can use their pass to enjoy early rides on select attractions 30 minutes before the park opens every public operating day through October except for Friday nights during Halloween Haunt and WinterFest.

Access to special discounts on food and merchandise

With a Kings Island Gold Season Pass, you get discounts on select food and merchandise locations throughout the park.

Bring-a-Friend Days

Enjoy all of the fun and thrills with friends this summer! Simply present your Gold Season Pass at any ticket window to purchase up to four discounted tickets on select dates. Or save time and by online in advance!

Kings Island is home to an award-winning kids’ area

Planet Snoopy features an elaborate collection of PEANUTS-themed family rides and attractions, including kiddie rides specifically designed for children. For families that function best first thing in the morning, you can enjoy select attractions in Planet Snoopy 30 minutes before the park opens every public operating day with a Gold Season Pass.

The region’s premier water park

With a Gold Season Pass, you’ll enjoy unlimited visits to Soak City Water Park where you can splish, splash and laugh on more than 50 water activities! Soak City is the perfect place to beat the heat this summer. Plus, your Gold Season Pass will also get you early entry into Soak City 30 minutes before the water park opens each day.

In 2020, Kings Island will introduce one of the most anticipated new rides in the world, Orion, one of only seven giga coasters in the world, a class of roller coasters having a height or drop of 300-399 feet. Riders on Orion will plummet down an exhilarating 300-foot first drop, sending them on a high-speed journey over seven more hills and 5,321 feet of track at speeds up to 91 mph on Kings Island’s tallest, fastest and longest steel roller coaster.

The Value

Simply put, there’s no better entertainment value around than a Gold Season Pass. It pays for itself in just two visits. Kings Island is fun guests of all ages. Come whenever you want, as often as you want, with a Gold Season Pass.
