A picture with Santa at WinterFest a new tradition for Greater Cincinnati area families
It’s time to dress up the kids in their Sunday bests and bring them to WinterFest for that keepsake photograph of them sitting on Santa’s lap.
Meeting the jolly man in the red suit and long white beard face-to-face fills children with delight since he is woven into the fabric of the Christmas tradition. They have long believed that if they've been good all year that Santa Claus will honor their toy requests.
A picture with Santa is a holiday tradition, and having it taken at WinterFest has become a new tradition for Greater Cincinnati area families.
There’s no better setting than WinterFest for a family portrait that will last a lifetime with Santa’s room in the Rivertown Wonderland area of the park adorned with oversized Christmas toys, including nutcrackers, toy trains and holiday merriment as families gather around his massive chair, set next to an oversized fireplace, to ask for that special something.
A variety of photo packages are available to purchase, with options including decorations.
WinterFest is now open weekends (Friday-Sunday) through Dec. 9. Daily operation will begin Dec. 14 and continue through New Year’s Eve. It will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A special New Year’s Eve celebration will close the event.
