Find your Sweet Spot

Everything about Kings Island is already pretty “sweet,” but the literal sweetest part of the park is hidden right on International Street. Kings Island’s resident candy emporium, Sweet Spot, serves up a variety of tasty candies, chocolates, and other treats daily.

That smell that makes your taste buds tingle when you walk past Sweet Spot? It’s probably coming from the fudge! Sweet Spot makes fudge in every yummy flavor you can think of – from the classic Vanilla and Chocolate to the Mystic Timbers-themed “What’s in the Fudge.” Stop by for a quick taste test, then take your favorite home with you!

Sweet Spot doesn’t just make fudge, though. There are plenty of other handmade treats to try on your visit. Chocolate covered strawberries, truffles, Marshmallow Pops, Candy Apples, and crispy rice treats are just some of the most popular items. Sweet Spot also makes its own gourmet popcorn, including a delicious Caramel Apple popcorn designed just for Mystic Timbers. Just make sure you don’t ride right after chowing down on the treats!

Besides the obviously amazing Jelly Belly Jelly Bean selection, Sweet Spot also has tons of colorful candies from which to choose. You can find taffy, lollipops, gummies, and hard candies in all kinds of flavors! Sweet Spot carries numerous name-brand candies, so you’ll always be able to find your old favorites and then some new ones! Try one or two, or try them all over the course of the season.

Needless to say, when it comes to Kings Island sweets, the Sweet Spot shop is the way to go. Whether you like the richness of chocolate or prefer a sour spark, there’s something to be found for every sweet tooth. Share pictures of your favorite sweets with us on Twitter at @kingsislandpr!
