Thousands of contemporary Christian music fans from throughout the Midwest will descend upon Kings Island later this month for the 24th annual SpiritSong festival.

Set for Thursday, June 22 through Saturday, June 24, the three-day music festival will showcase national headlining artists from across the country at Kings Island’s 10,000-seat, outdoor TImberwolf Amphitheatre. Artists performing range from pop and rock to hip-hop.

SpiritSong lineup

  • Thursday, June 22: Skillet, Sidewalk Prophets, Mac Powell, Hollyn
  • Friday, June 23: Chris Tomlin, Crowder, RED, We Are Messengers
  • Saturday June 24: tobyMac, Rend Collective, Tedashi, Ryan Stevenson

Tickets include admission to Kings Island, Soak City Water Park and the SpiritSong festival. For detailed ticket information and to purchase tickets, go online or charge-by-phone at 800-745-3000. One-day, two-day and three-day tickets are available.

Season passholders may purchase discounted tickets. Group rates are available by calling 513-754-5700 with groups of 10 or more receiving one free ticket and groups of 20 or more receiving two free tickets and a free parking pass. Group tickets are not available to purchase the day of the concerts at the door.

SpiritSong is a rain-or-shine event.

A Walk In The Park at Kings Island: Coasterstock

Blood and sweat was definitely put into Coasterstock this year. Thankfully no tears were shed. Blood is referring to the paper cuts on my hands from putting together hundreds of welcome packets for people and sweat refers to the hot conference room in which I sat to put together said packages. However I’m hardly one to complain. I find that if you do things with a positive attitude and put a positive spin on tasks, they go by much faster and your positivity will spread to others.
