Kings Island was closed on Tuesday, but it was an exciting day at the park as construction workers installed the first piece of track  on the new Banshee roller coaster.

When completed, Banshee will be the world's longest inverted roller coaster at 4,124 feet.  The layout for the ride was specially designed for Kings Island, making the ride experience unique and unlike any other inverted roller coaster.

Banshee opens in April 2014.
