923 Finance-- Loss Prevention Supervisor

  General Statement of Job: Maintain the Cash Control/Loss Prevention System
   
  Summary of Essential Job Functions:
    
  1.       Reconcile reports and track sheets between Finance, Inventory Control, Admissions, Merchandise and Food Locations to ensure correct reporting
  2.       Conduct audits on locations and Associates using several methods designed to assist in the training of associates and aid in discovering specific problems with associates or the cash handling policies
  3.       Compile and distribute financial reports to the park location managers and head supervisors
  4.       Coordinate associate “shopping” methods for the department
  5.       Track and distribute guest refund report information for locations
  6.       Associate retraining/tracking excessive associate variances.

  7.     Review and track trends of department reports and audits to determine possible cases of policy violation or misappropriation

  8.     Perform other duties as directed by department

410 Food/Beverage--Associate

• Description:
  

  Food & Beverage Associates provide excellent service to guests while preparing and serving food in quick service restaurants, specialty franchise locations, and outdoor carts.

  Job Overview:

  • Greet guests and enter orders into register
  • Receive payment and make change for orders
  • Cook and prepare food items and fountain drinks
  • Follow all Board of Heath Regulations
  • Keep all work and dining areas clean and empty trash

460 Games Associate

• Description:
  

  Games Associates attract guests to games and encourage play while providing excellent guest service.  

  Job Overview: 

  • Promote games using microphone system and salesmanship techniques
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous disposition
  • Explain and demonstrate games; record winners and distribute prizes
  • Exchange coins for paper money and follow cash handling requirements
  • Troubleshoot broken coin accepter machines as necessary

645 Entertainment--Make-Up Associate

• Description:
  

  Preset make-up station for shows (stage shows, street performers, musicians, characters, etc.)

  Responsible for applying make-up to Haunt actors

  Inform manager of any operational or technical problems

  Prefer some training or an artistic background

520 Halloween Haunt Actor

• Description:
  

  Entertain and interact with guests by portraying a character in costume.

  Job Overview:

  • Take pictures with guests
  •  Meet and greet park guests
  • Entertain guests as a costumed character by bringing to life the personality of the specific character through hand/body movements and strong vocalization
  • Treat associates and guests cordially and with respect, courtesy and fairness
  • Meet Park standards for performance and conduct

• Description:
  

  Merchandise Associates provide excellent service to guests, stock product displays and use selling techniques to recommend purchases in retail locations.

   

  Job Overview:

  • Provide information in person and over the phone regarding product, store services and the park overall.
  • Demonstrate and use salesmanship techniques to sell products to guests.
  • Stock and display merchandise.
  • Monitor assigned sales area to prevent and/or detect theft.
  • Use a cash register to receive payment from guests and make change.

630 Rides-- Associate

• Description:
  

  Test equipment daily before opening the ride to guests

  Enforce ride restrictions and recommendations

  Restrict the number of guests on the loading platform to the number who can be seated on the ride

  Ensure safe operation of the ride

  Make certain that queue lines are safe and orderly

  Assist with the loading and unloading of ride to include small children and guests with a disability

698 Security--General

• Description:
  

  Security Associates ensure a safe environment for guests and associates, protect company assets and provide quality service to park guests and associates.

   

  Job Overview:

  • Assist park guests and associates as needed
  • Provide high visibility patrols of park buildings and grounds
  • Enforce laws and park rules
  • Resolve and contain security violations or matters
  • Provide security escorts for park guests and associates as needed
  • Support other emergency services in park emergencies
• Qualifications:
  

    

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Possess current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Passage of training tests as required
